Returns Policy

If for any reason you find that Work Safety Wear has sent you a item other than that described in the order, please contact Work Safety Wear within three working days from time of receipt. You will be required to send an email to sales@worksafetywear.com.au with your order details and photo evidence.

If photo does not accompany your email it will be difficult to rectify the issue and delays may be experienced. If Work Safety Wear is found to be at fault we will immediately ship a replacement order to the customer.

If for any reason the item has been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if it has been dropped or broken then Work Safety Wear return policy does not apply.

Items that are returned must be returned in their original condition along with your purchase order. All delivery and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer.

Items that have been customised and / or altered to your specifications can not be returned. Customers specified sizes for custom and altered items are unique to your requirements and for this reason may not be returned. Clothing descriptions, pictures, and colours contained on our website are to be used as guidelines only. Work Safety Wear will not be responsible for colour choices made on the basis of scanned colour samples and / or images of your computer monitor.

We recommend that you return the product via courier and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Work Safety Wear will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

If you discover that any items are damaged please report this to us within five days of delivery. If Work Safety Wear is not notified within 7 days, we cannot be held responsible for the damaged items or replacement cost. You may contact us to purchase freight insurance if you have any worries regarding your shipping as we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of your order once it has left our warehouse.
